The Food

I have to stop and give a moment to the food. This whole trip I have constantly had my taste buds titillated by some of the best meals. Traditionally in Kerala, food is served on a banana leaf. Each food has its place on the leaf, the bitter pickled food start on the top left and as you go right they get sweeter. The bottom half of the leaf has a bed of rice placed on it with the more liquid dishes poured on top. There are no utensils, only the right hand.
